Future Leaders Programme – Tomorrow’s Leaders
The Future Leaders Programme works with young people from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to Educate, Enable and Empower. Through our year-long leadership programme, we raise aspirations, develop skills and create opportunities for young people that they wouldn’t otherwise have.
Our levelling-up provision includes a programme of career insight days at leading organisations such as Amazon, Salesforce, KPMG, HSBC and HM Treasury. We also support young people in securing their post-18 pathways and work closely with a range of apprenticeship and higher education providers. The University of Oxford is an official partner of the programme and hosts a residential for our young people to help inspire them to reach their full potential.
We also empower our young people to become advocates for equality and diversity and support them in leading social action projects that add tangible value to their local communities. The programme has been awarded the Mayors Award for Services to Young People, the UK Parliament Award and the Redbridge Champions for Change Award

Impact of Lifelines' Support
The impact of Lifelines funding has been significant and instrumental for our organisation. It allowed us to double the number of young people we are able to support, and allowed us to engage new beneficiaries in some of the most deprived areas of London. The hundreds of young people we supported through the Lifelines funding would not have had access to this support if it wasn’t for the funding.
Exposure to the Lifelines network has also meant that we have been able to network and collaborate with likeminded organisations and work in a way where we are all greater than the sum of our parts, expanding our impact and reach.
