Babylon Migrants, a refugee-led Community Interest Company founded in October 2022 by Ali Ghaderi, empowers young refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants aged 16-30 to integrate into UK life through creative workshops. Operating in London and expanding to Stoke-on-Trent in 2025, they deliver arts-based sessions in theatre, storytelling, and filmmaking to boost confidence, foster community, and improve mental health.
With Lifeline’s support, they aim to reach 160 young people, helping 80% enhance their creative skills, build friendships, and improve wellbeing. Additionally, their external workshops challenge stereotypes and promote understanding across the UK, having engaged over 850 participants with 33 organizations since their inception.
