Future Leaders UK, founded in 2019, continues its mission to empower underrepresented young people aged 16-18 from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. With Lifelines’ generous funding since 2022, we are thrilled to announce their renewed support for 2025. This new grant will enable them to deliver their transformative 12-month programme across four London hubs, supporting 1,000 young people with upskilling sessions, mentorship, and enrichment visits, alongside a sustainable online programme reaching 4,000 more.

Independent studies confirm their impact: 95% of participants develop ambitious educational goals, 98% build stronger networks, and 94% feel better equipped for their careers. As Wes Streeting MP, their patron, states, “Future Leaders UK empowers a generation to make a real difference.” This funding ensures they continue breaking barriers and shaping future leaders.
